“Teddy, Set, GO!” Improv Troupe

Build self confidence as a performer and individual on-stage and off by joining Roosevelt's student Improv troupe, "Teddy, Set, Go!".  Improv is theater made up on the spot that teaches students how to use creative problem-solving, on-stage teamwork, self advocacy, flexibility, communication and clarity. This program is sponsored by the YMCA Beacons Program and directed by MJ Marsh from Huge Improv Theater (http://www.hugetheater.com/). Together we perform around the Twin Cities as well as invite guest improvisers to lead guest workshops and go on field trips to see short-form and long-form improv at different theaters.

Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays, room 331. Please contact manager Profe Nelon (margaret.nelon@mpls.k12.mn.us) with any questions!
