Hello and welcome to my web page!  I'm excited to tell you a little bit about myself and what I do at Roosevelt High School.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Science, and M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology.  I began my career as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) at Roosevelt High School in the fall of 1999.  In addition to Roosevelt, I was a part-time SLP at Lyndale Community School and Edison High School.  Luckily, I was able to become full-time at Roosevelt in the fall of 2002 and have been a Teddy ever since!  I work with a variety of students in our special education programs in the areas of articulation, language, fluency, functional communication, and social skills.  My goal for my students is for them to be the best communicators that they can be!

Additionally, I'm the advisor for the Asian Student Association at Roosevelt and our goal is to support and uplift our Asian students and their voices. We are incredibly proud of our first-ever AANHPI Month Celebration on May 13, 2022. Click on the link, if you'd like to watch: https://youtu.be/Pm744Mb4kDg

Outside of school, I enjoy reading, photography, boating and spending time with my husband and daughters at our cabin.

Please feel free to contact me at any time regarding speech-language pathology and related services. I'm also open to new ideas and opportunities for the Asian Student Association. My email address is cory.myhran@mpls.k12.mn.us. You can also reach me by phone at 612-668-4836.  My office is located on the 3rd floor - room 323.

*In the event of Online Learning, the best way to reach me is at my email address. Thank you.
