Mr. Rack grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Minnesota in 2012 to compete his undergraduate degree at Macalester College. After graduating, Mr. Rack worked as an AVID tutor at Minneapolis Public Schools before returning to school at the University of Minnesota.
Since he began working at Roosevelt in 2020, Mr. Rack has taught Keyboarding, Music Exploration, Beginning Choir, and Intermediate Choir.
In addition to teaching at Roosevelt, Mr. Rack conducts, sings, and plays keyboard for a number of Twin Cities ensembles including Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus, Minneapolis Choir Co-Op, and his jazz band, Rabeca.
