Traci Tweedy, Resource Math Teacher
tracy_tweedy_profile_pic.jpg

I am from White Earth. This is my 2nd year teaching at Roosevelt in the Resource/Math program. I obtained my undergraduate degree at The University of Minnesota in Applied Economics with a Natural Resource and Environmental Emphasis, and I finished my Masters degree in Special Education  - Autism Spectrum Disorders from The University of St. Thomas this summer. I truly enjoy each day I am teaching here at Roosevelt. There is just something special about the students here that make each day amazing.

I have two boys that are currently in college at St. Cloud State University and The University of Minnesota. I also have a little kitty named "Kittie."  My favorite thing in the world is coffee. I also love being outside doing things like hiking, camping, biking, swimming, riding rollercoasters or even alpine skiing (I love the thrill of speed!). I love to try new foods, but the best thrill is when a student all of a sudden understands a complex math problem.

Please email me with any questions you may have for me. Traci.Tweedy@mpls.k12.mn.us
